A bilingual entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience excels in communications, community outreach, and marketing. She was awarded "40 Hispanic Leaders Under 40" and holds a Master's in Social Psychology.

Norma is a communications expert with 15+ years of experience in agency and government roles. As Communications Director for the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, she led initiatives that enhanced community engagement and grew the Office’s Instagram following to over 30,000. She holds a journalism degree from ASU and is a proud mom and stepmom.
